Regulation M-A is a Pokémon Champions Ranked Doubles ruleset; this page explains its rules, selectable Pokémon and verified limits.
Each regulation sets which Pokémon can be picked and the conditions for Ranked Battles over a period. No VGC background is needed: the rules section states what to remember, the Pokémon section looks up each form, and the sources section shows where every fact comes from.
