What you share when you send feedback, how ViZukan uses it, and how to request its removal.

At a glance

  • ViZukan keeps your feedback and information about the page you were viewing to improve the product. A contact email is optional.
  • Feedback is kept long-term; contact email is removed within 180 days after the feedback is resolved.
  • To request removal or anonymization, choose “Other” and include the feedback code on the Feedback page.

What you share

The form saves the feedback type, message, language, and information about the page or Pokémon involved so ViZukan can review the issue. This information is kept in the system used to manage feedback. Your feedback does not include your network address. Some connection information may be used briefly to limit spam or processed by the service that runs the website.

Contact email

Email is optional. ViZukan uses it only to reply about your feedback, never for marketing. If Telegram notifications are on, a preview of your feedback and your full email address are sent to the maintainer.

Website statistics

The website uses tools to measure page visits and performance across the site. They help show how pages are used and how quickly they load. They may process pages viewed, device or browser information, and approximate region. This is separate from feedback; your message and email are not sent to these statistics tools.

Keeping and removing information

ViZukan keeps feedback and related information long-term to improve the product unless we complete a removal request. Contact email is removed within 180 days after feedback is marked resolved, unless the law requires otherwise. A copy sent through Telegram is not removed with the feedback; the maintainer will handle it when you ask.

Requesting removal or anonymization

Send a request on the Feedback page by choosing “Other” and including the feedback code. The code helps ViZukan find the right feedback but does not confirm your identity. If the feedback includes an email, ViZukan confirms the request through that original address; requests without an email are reviewed manually. You may leave an email if you want a reply and say whether you want only the email removed or the full feedback and related information deleted.
