Intimidate lowers the Attack of adjacent opposing Pokémon when the bearer enters the field.

Each valid target loses one Attack stage.

Example

Setup: Arcanine with Intimidate switches in next to a foe that has no Substitute.

Outcome: That foe loses one Attack stage. The same foe behind Substitute keeps its Attack.
