Regulation M-B is a Pokémon Champions Ranked Doubles ruleset; this page explains its rules, verified changes from the previous ruleset and selectable Pokémon.
Each regulation sets which Pokémon can be picked and the conditions for Ranked Battles over a period. No VGC background is needed: the rules section states what to remember, the changes section shows what is new, and the Pokémon section looks up each form.

Two Pokémon may not hold the same item.
Only the no-duplicate held items rule is verified; there is no complete item list yet.
Timers

No complete Champions move or Ability legality list is verified.
Team
Registered count, battlers sent out, battle level and duplication clauses for Ranked are unverified.
This page never confirms a team as fully legal.
